Pálinka is the national spirit drink of Hungary. It belongs to the fruit spirits, but the Pálinka name is registered as a GI in the EU. Made from 100 % fruit only, growing in Hungary, it is not coloured, not flavoured, not sweetened, nor in order to round off the final taste.

Pálinka ist die nationale Spirituose Ungarns. Pálinka ist ein Obstbrand , und ist geschützt in der EU als geografische Angabe. Pálinka ist 100 % aus Obst hergestellt, das in Ungarn gewachsen ist, es darf weder gefärbt noch aromatisiert werden, und es darf nicht gesüsst werden, auch zur Abrundung des endgültigen Geschmacks nicht.

We kindly ask all registered attendees for the masterclasses to arrive at the scene of the event at least five minutes prior the start time. After the start time the organizers maintain the right to assign vacant seats to walk-ins. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the counter and the tables around it. The organizers reserve the right to make changes in the line-up of spirits presented at the masterclasses if necessary.
Online registration for the masterclass has been closed. On-site registration might be still available at the Wines of Hungary stand in Hall 9 B90 but please note that seats are subject to availability.
