Our rosé is made every year from 100% Pinot Noir. True to its variety, it offers vibrant aromas of raspberry and red currant. On the palate, these fruity flavours are complemented by a vibrant, refreshing acidity. This rosé goes well with tomato-based pasta dishes, fresh salads or grilled salmon.
