Explosively fruity rosé from the 2024 vintage. A beautiful blend of Kékfrankos (aka Blaufränkisch) and Zweigelt. After crushing and destemming we used white wine technology avoiding prolonged skin contact. Fermented and aged in steel tanks for 4 months. The Kékfrankos gives the wine spice and intense fruitiness (hints of raspberry, red cherry, strawberry), the Zweigelt gives the wine a nice acidity and a beautiful crimson colour. It was bottled at the end of January after a gentle filtration in order to be at its best for the first days of spring.
