Despite a history dating back to the 19th century, Kékfrankos is a blue grape variety that seems to have been invented for today’s modern wine consumer. Its wines are full of refreshing fruitiness, with an acidic lift to the palate and moderate tannin and alcohol levels. All this makes it a really versatile pairing, even with vegetable-based vegan dishes. Discover six Kékfrankos from six Hungarian wine districts in a masterclass.
